Dabar Dynamics's Corporate Transformational Leadership Program, Lead Whole™ CORPORATE NAVIGATOR, is an intense 12-module workshop. Designed and organized to facilitate significant core-level leadership transformations. This program focuses on the individual's core essence, and current ways of "BEing" to expose opportunities for growth and success that will improve their effectiveness in both life and leadership. Unique in its construct, Lead Whole™ will challenge their very foundational being,—their spiritual awareness. It will allow them to locate their true essence; increase self-integrity; improve self-identity; foster self-discovery, promote self-realization and self-actualization. The intention is an awakening of that inner-magnificence that exists, perhaps covertly—yet resides, within the C-suite assets that are already a part of your corporate leadership team! Lead Whole™ CORPORATE NAVIGATOR will expose, locate and make an effort to replace or repair self-destructive habits, thoughts, and deep-rooted, long-treaded neural pathways. The goal is to give your executives the permission to first, be human, and second, to "be" the "BEing" in human again, this time "BEing" on purpose. To get off that proverbial rat-race treadmill of do, do, do. And, take a breath, take time to really breathe!
